Shipping & Delivery
Items ship once the order has been completed. You can request to ship a partial order and backorder remaining items.

Shipping methods
Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your address.

LightsnBulbs offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:
    Standard Shipping — Delivers within 7 business days after shipping.
    Expedited Shipping — Delivers within 4 business days after shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the LightsnBulbs website. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. We keep you informed.

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are valid within (14) days of original purchase date unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges of equivalent products are valid within (30) days from the original Invoice date on defective products only, unless otherwise specified.
All NEW Items carry a one (1) year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.
All Special orders item ales are Final.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged (a re-stocking fee may apply). LightsnBulbs also reserves the right to refuse returns deemed to be an abuse of our return policy.

* Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer’s own risk. LightsnBulbs is not liable for any damage to the customer’s existing equipment caused by, but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from LightsnBulbs.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation originally included.

A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss. Our commitment is to provide you with the most accurage product at all times. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no less than two (2) calendar days before your order confirmation date. Example: If you receive your order confirmation on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Wednesday at 3pm to avoid penalty.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Credit Cards
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®.

Generally, credit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any applicable taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order. If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed.

At checkout, please carefully provide your exact name, billing address and telephone number that is on your credit card statement. Any incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order. We also may need to verify the billing address and credit card owner for orders that have a delivery address that is different from its billing address and for large orders. This will require you to send us a copy of your credit card billing statement, valid ID and a photocopy of the credit card.

PayPal allows consumers with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online using your existing financial bank accounts and credit cards to make real-time payments. PayPal is an efficient way to send a payment for items purchased on the internet and is much less time-consuming than writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly. It’s always free to send money, you receive your items faster, and it’s secure and private.

Sales Tax Policy
We collect Sales Tax in British Columbia, Canada on the total amount of your order. is based in British Columbia and as an online retailer with a physical business presence in a particular province, such as business offices or distribution warehouses; we are required to collect sales tax for customers in British Columbia, Canada. Purchases from all other provinces than British Columbia will not be subject to sales tax; however, consumers who live in a province that collects sales tax are technically required to pay the tax directly to the province even when an Internet retailer doesn’t collect it. This is referred to as “use” tax rather than sales tax.

Promotional Codes
Promotional Codes used on purchases are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to your purchase total, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

The Security Guarantee protects you while you shop at the Web-Store, so you never have to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every transaction you make at the Web-Store will be safe.
